We provide an Invitation Letter issued by the Conference Committee. In accordance with the policy of the Conference Committee, we do not issue letters such as organization registration, guarantee, schedule of stay, local sponsor, or governmental format invitation.
Letter of Invitation: This document confirms that your paper submission and registration application have been accepted by the conference committee. The letter is drafted in English and may assist you with your visa application; however, it does not guarantee the issuance of a visa.
Please be informed that if your visa application is denied, the Conference Committee has no authority to alter the decision of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs nor can we engage with the Embassy on your behalf. It is also important to note that the registration fee is non-refundable in the event of a visa denial.
