Instructions for Oral Presentations
- Oral presentations are 15 minutes, including 5 minutes for questions.
- A co-author must present the paper.
- Use your laptop or the provided PC (Windows + PowerPoint) in the session room.
- Bring your presentation on a laptop or pen drive.
- A volunteer will assist with starting each presentation.
Instructions for Poster Presentations
Materials Provided by the Organizer
1. X-frame display & Base Fabric Canvases (60cm×160cm)
2. Adhesive Tapes or Clamps
3. Our staff on-site will assist you to put up on the poster board with the clips we provide

1. Home-made Poster(s)
2. Material: not limited, can be posted on the canvases
3. Recommended poster size: 60cm*120~140cm
Instructions for Virtual Presentations
Video recordings (.avi and .mp4) of virtual presentations will be played at the related session, and presenters will be connected via Microsoft Teams. Thus, the audiences will be able to ask their questions to the presenter of the virtual presentation.
