Within 7 days of receiving your abstract submission (download), we will inform you of the reviewers’ decision regarding its acceptance or rejection for the conference. If your abstract is accepted and you wish to publish in the Conference Proceedings of 2025 Global Conference on Business, Management, and Social Sciences (GCBMSS), please email your full paper in Microsoft Word format (maximum 20 pages) (download).

Refunds
GCBMSS 2025 organizer hereby reiterates that we are NOT authorized to assist with any Visa application works, provides ONLY Invitation Letter issued by the Conference Committee Board. Please read Visa Declaration carefully.
No refunds will be issued for any reason. Please take this into consideration before complete the payment.
Receipt
Hardcopy receipts will not be provided. If you require a hard copy proof of payment, print it out and bring it to the conference registration desk for a stamp. For other specific requests, please email us.
Certificate:
• The organizing committee will issue only ONE certificate per submission that completes the registration fee. For example, if two co-authors complete the payment under the same paper, they will receive two certificates of presentation. If only one author completes the payment, they will receive one certificate of presentation, and the co-author will not receive a certificate.
Types of Certificates:
• Certificate of Presentation (for authors): Indicates the presenter’s name, affiliation, and the paper title presented in the scheduled session.
• Certificate of Attendance (for listeners): Includes the participant’s name and affiliation, certifying their participation in the conference. If both “Certificate of Presentation” and “Certificate of Attendance” are needed, please email the secretariat in advance.
Certificate Distribution:
• Oral presenters will receive a certificate of presentation from the session chair after their presentations or at the end of the session.
• Poster presenters will receive a certificate of presentation from the conference staff at the end of their poster session.
• The certificate of presentation will not be issued, either at or after the conference, to authors whose papers are registered but not presented. Instead, the certificate of attendance will be provided after the conference. If authors cannot present their papers due to unavoidable circumstances, they must provide official documentation to request a certificate of presentation. For more details, please contact the conference secretariat via email.
Payment Instructions:
Both authors and listeners are required to complete registration payment. Listeners should register as a listener.
Methods of Payment:
• Over-the-counter Bank Transfer: Account information will be provided if required.• Credit Card: Payment can be made online. Instructions and permission for online payment will be provided with acceptance/invitation letters.
